Program Inclusions

Two (2) Half-Day Strategy Session (3 hours): Held at the start of Limitless and half-way through Limitless to set your goals, evaluate your progress, and undertake an iterative process of goal development and achievement.
Twelve (12) biweekly live VIP coaching sessions with Dr. Adrienne Shnier (1-hour each)
- Scheduled together with Dr. Shnier in accordance with your coaching plan and strategy, developed during your full-day Strategy Sessions
